Samsung Electronics Africa is currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Head of Internet Mobile to be based in Ghana.
To design and manage the implementation of the Internet Mobile Sales strategy for SAMSUNG to ensure the maximum impact on the profit and minimum effect on the loss of sales. The strategy needs to be aligned to the overall IM strategy of the business.
The initiatives to increase sales is formulated and correctly positioned into the market to ensure movement of optimized volumes of product to achieve sales targets.
This is achieved through understanding the industry, competitor business and customer requirements and creating offerings that drive customer satisfaction and revenue. This role is also responsible for:
Consistently achieving sales targets
Market Share growth
Channel Management and Growth
Supply chain management
Leading the sales team through effective people management practices
A critical success factor to this role is relationship building skills and an ability to deal with a variety of complexities across the business, especially the unique culture and duality in executive organisational structures.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience required
4 year Commercial degree
Post-graduate qualification in business science/management
10-12 years sales and marketing experience
5 years telecoms experience
Expert knowledge of the market and competitors
5-10 years Africa sales experience
